Propylene Glycol Methyl Ether (PM / PGME)

PM (1-methoxy-2-propanol) is a P-series glycol ether with fast-to-medium evaporation, water miscibility, and good coalescing power. It is a common replacement for some E-series glycol ethers.

Industry Applications

Waterborne and solvent-borne coatings, cleaners, inks, and electronics process solvents. The acetate (PMA) is listed separately.
