Dimethyl Carbonate (DMC)

DMC is a fast-evaporating, low-toxicity carbonate ester used as a solvent and as a methylating/carbonylating reagent. It is also a component in lithium-battery electrolytes.

Coatings and inks, polycarbonate and isocyanate chemistry, lithium-ion electrolyte blends, and green-chemistry methylations.
