High Styrene Rubber (HSR)

High styrene rubber is an emulsion styrene-butadiene copolymer with much higher styrene than general-purpose SBR, giving a hard, resin-like elastomer used to raise hardness and stiffness in rubber compounds without adding as much filler.

Industry Applications

Shoe soling and other footwear compounds, hard rubber goods, floorings, and blends with SBR/NR where extra hardness and flex are needed.
